Third-Party Services and Links

The site may reference or integrate third-party broadcasting tools, signal providers or content delivery networks. coveragro does not control these services and provides no warranties regarding their availability, security or accuracy. Any reliance on third-party offerings is at your own risk and subject to the separate terms of those providers. We do not endorse any external organisation or guarantee the continued operation of linked resources.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

We aim to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control. coveragro reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part of the site or your access without notice. Upon termination all licences granted to you cease immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

The site and services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including loss of profits, data or business opportunities even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless coveragro, its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of media feeds or your infringement of third-party rights. This indemnity does not apply to the extent that losses result from our own negligence or breach of statutory duty.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain rights under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015 to refer certain disputes to an approved ADR provider. Contact [email protected] to discuss any complaint before commencing formal proceedings.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms from time to time with changes effective upon posting. The current version always supersedes earlier versions.
